Summary

Review and trust sites now account for 14% of AI citations and Trustpilot emerged as the most frequently cited review platform in the study. The report finds that establishing and maintaining a Trustpilot presence — especially collecting many reviews and responding regularly — substantially increases a brand's visibility in AI-generated answers.
