Ringier completed the planned merger of Deindeal and My-Store on June 17, combining the previously independent companies into a single operating entity. The move follows Ringier's October acquisition of a 60% stake in My-Store and the prior announcement to integrate the two platforms. The Deindeal AG board was reshaped: Maurizio Pierazzi, Robin Lingg and Xiaoqun Clever joined, while Ringier CEO Marc Walder and Deindeal founder Amir Suissa resigned from the board. Thomas Kaiser and Kilian Kämpfen remain on the board, and Benoit Henry continues as CEO of the merged company.
