RLJ Equity Partners acquired a majority interest in Virteva and will merge the Virteva team into Crossfuze to strengthen ServiceNow and managed services capabilities. The combined organization will include about 100 dedicated ServiceNow consultants and developers and more than 600 employees globally, with headquarters in Arlington, Virginia and regional headquarters in Minneapolis, Toronto, London and Manila. Financial terms were not disclosed, and advisors on the deal included DLA Piper, Fredrikson and Byron, and Piper Jaffray. RLJ previously acquired Crossfuze, and the transaction aims to scale ServiceNow consulting, implementations and managed services across North America and Europe.
