Sellsy continues its European growth in Spain

Sellsy has acquired Quipu, a Barcelona-based SaaS provider of invoicing and pre-accounting tools, to enter the Spanish market and accelerate its European expansion. Quipu brings about 8,000 customers and 40 employees and will continue developing its product within the Sellsy group. Sellsy plans to deploy its all-in-one suite (CRM, invoicing, pre-accounting and treasury) in Spain within a year and leverage Quipu's expertise for upcoming electronic invoicing regulation. The company says there will be no change for its French customers as teams from both companies will collaborate on new features for Spanish SMEs.
