Elkhart County transitioned to Caliber Public Safety's full technology platform on April 28, 2026, deploying Premise CAD, Hosted Mobile, Pocket Cop, Pocket Rescue, and Online RMS across dispatch, police, fire, and EMS. The implementation moved from contract (signed September 2025) to live operations in seven months and included 18 CAD positions, 8 WebCAD subscriptions, more than 290 Mobile licenses, and 440 RMS subscriptions. The integrated platform syncs CAD, Mobile, and RMS data in real time to eliminate duplicate entry and improve operational visibility from dispatch through case closure. Caliber hosts its Online RMS at Nlets data centers to meet FBI CJIS standards and delivers automatic updates, backups, and disaster recovery to keep the county on current software releases.
