Noledge expects €10m revenues with Pimbrook acquisition

The Noledge Group has acquired Waterford-based Pimbrook, a 20-year provider of Sage accounting and payroll software. Noledge expects combined revenues to climb from €5.7m in 2025 to about €10m this year as a result of the deal. Pimbrook's 14 employees, including its managing director and operations director, will join Noledge while the business will retain the Pimbrook name and operate as a standalone company. The acquisition expands Noledge's customer base to more than 2,000 SMEs in Ireland and the UK, adds a fourth regional office, and broadens its ERP and financial-management offerings for customers across sectors like healthcare, legal, and manufacturing.
