The Space Rapid Capabilities Office (Space RCO) shifted to a more incremental, piecemeal approach for migrating new and legacy orbital-warfare systems onto its consolidated, cloud-based Rapid Resilient Command and Control (R2C2) platform after initial plans proved too ambitious.
