RadNet Acquires Gleamer to Expand DeepHealths Global Reach

RadNet acquired Gleamer SAS and will integrate the company into its DeepHealth subsidiary to expand its radiology AI capabilities and global reach. Gleamer is a cloud-first radiology AI vendor with 130+ staff, more than 700 customer contracts in 44 countries, and a multimodality portfolio of FDA-cleared and CE-marked clinical AI and workflow solutions operating on a SaaS ARR model. The combined DeepHealth and Gleamer footprint now totals 2,700+ customer contracts across 50+ countries, 26 FDA-cleared and 22 CE-marked devices supporting 75+ indications, 550+ employees, and anticipates ARR approaching or exceeding $140 million by the end of 2026. RadNet plans to deploy Gleamer's automated triage and draft reporting across its imaging network to boost radiologist productivity, standardize interpretation, and drive operational efficiencies, especially for high-volume X-ray workflows.
