RWS Global has deployed Box's new AI capabilities on Box Enterprise Advanced to modernize how it handles unstructured content across productions, operations and compliance. The company uses Box Doc Gen, no-code apps, workflow automation and Box Sign to automate contract creation, approval and signing, cutting per-contract processing from about 20 minutes to under two minutes and reducing 200 hires from over 8.5 workdays to about five hours. Box AI also provides configurable AI agents, automated metadata extraction and the ability to bring preferred AI models so teams can query and extract insights from contracts and other documents.
