Threshold and Epson Partner to Bring Color Innovation to Visitor Management and Security

Threshold is partnering with Epson to integrate the ColorWorks C4000 on-demand color label printer with Threshold's eVisitor visitor management software to produce full-color, customized visitor badges. The combined solution supports logos, photos, barcodes, color-coded headers and an expiring badge feature that displays a pink VOID mark overnight to prevent reuse. The integration aims to improve security, speed visual checks, reduce reliance on pre-printed inventory, and enhance professionalism across hospitals, schools, government facilities and corporate campuses. Organizations can use color coding to indicate visitor roles, approved locations, and time-sensitive access while strengthening anti-forgery measures.
