Netmore Group has acquired Actility, a leading LoRaWAN/LPWAN solutions provider and operator of the ThingPark platform. The deal adds Actility's Abeeway trackers, multi-technology mediation, and a customer footprint spanning 100+ countries, 50+ network operator partnerships and over 14 million contracted devices. Netmore says the integration delivers carrier-grade on-premise LPWAN, DLMS over LoRaWAN, autonomous gateways, LoRaWAN Relay, firmware update tools for regulatory compliance, and a ThingPark Exchange roaming hub with partners such as KPN, Swisscom and Orange.
