The Communications-Electronics Command Army Software & Innovation Center (CECOM ASIC) is driving the Army's continuous transformation by adopting CI/CD and DevSecOps practices and delivering a unified Development Security Operations Platform (DSOP). The DSOP, hosted in AWS 2.0, standardizes tooling (GitLab Ultimate, SonarQube, Nexus Repository) and government/open-source security tools to speed secure software build, test, and delivery. ASIC emphasizes containerization, low-code/no-code, and Zero Trust to reduce costs, improve cybersecurity, and enable faster deployment across environments. ASIC is also fielding AI Flow, an agentic AI application to automate and streamline routine Army tasks like personnel management, document generation, and logistics support.
