Zuma Labs built Venetian, a platform that combines voice and electronic broking with live pricing, liquidity management, and market data, powered by its AI engine Prism. Clarksons says the deal strengthens its technology capabilities to support brokers and clients in complex global trading, and Zuma will continue to operate under its existing brand as a wholly owned subsidiary.
