CAPHENIA and EFT execute License Agreement, complete plans for Fully Integrated Demonstration of combined technologies in Frankfurt.

▤ Summary

CAPHENIA and Emerging Fuels Technology signed a license agreement to expand their collaboration on sustainable aviation fuel production. EFT also completed the process design package for integrating its technology into CAPHENIA’s pilot facility in Frankfurt. The combined unit is meant to validate data for future commercial-scale plants under feasibility study in multiple regions. The pilot facility will also support operator training, product testing, and production of certified SAF samples for airlines and fuel suppliers. This deal advances a hybrid bioSAF and eSAF pathway that the companies say could lower production costs and improve scalability.
