Logistica OS secures €1.5M to build the AI operating system for supply chains

Logistica OS has raised €1.5 million in pre-seed funding to scale its AI operating system for supply chains. The Berlin startup builds AI agents that automate repetitive logistics workflows, starting with pallet reconciliation through its first product, PalletClaim. The product processes handwritten delivery slips, extracts data with OCR, and reconciles accounts much faster than manual work. The company says the system already handles more than 100,000 delivery slips per month and cuts manual effort by about 80%. With the new capital, Logistica OS plans to help more than 100 companies automate logistics operations over the next 24 months.
