ISH acquires ProSpend to boost global fintech & UK presence

ISH has acquired Australian spend management platform ProSpend to expand its global fintech presence and strengthen its UK position. ProSpend will keep its existing platform, customers, data residency, support channels, and teams, so the deal does not change service for current users. The company will continue building expense management and accounts payable automation for mid-market finance teams while preparing a compliant UK and Ireland launch from 2026. ISH is folding the deal into its Fintech Track strategy, which aims to unify fragmented finance workflows across invoices, expenses, cards, approvals, and policy control.
