Bentley Systems has launched new AI-enabled Open Applications designed to speed up infrastructure engineering work. OpenSite+ and OpenUtilities Substation+ use AI, automation, and collaboration tools to cut tedious manual steps and accelerate project completion. Bentley is also adding Bentley Copilot and automated drawing-label optimization to existing products like OpenRoads Designer and OpenRail Designer. The company says the software can help engineers work up to 10 times faster while preserving accuracy and compliance. Bentley also says users can control whether their data is used for AI training.
