How LFAM enabled Andurils Ghost Shark Program of Record

Anduril used its acquisition of Dive Technologies and Dive’s LFAM manufacturing process to accelerate development of the Ghost Shark autonomous underwater vehicle. The company combined that hardware approach with its Lattice OS autonomy software to move from prototype to production in under three years. Australia’s Department of Defence later awarded Anduril a A$1.7 billion Program of Record to build a fleet of Ghost Sharks. Anduril also opened a $60 million manufacturing facility in Australia and expanded its supplier network to support local production. The program now serves as a model for how software, autonomy, and additive manufacturing can shorten defense procurement cycles.
