Lisk has launched a $15 million EMpower Fund to back post-incubation Web3 startups in Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. The fund targets companies building real-world applications in payments, remittances, identity, supply chain, and related infrastructure. Lisk says it will provide both capital and hands-on advisory support, including help with financial modeling, legal structuring, and fundraising preparation. The fund also uses tokenization to simplify LP access and add secondary liquidity for investors. Lisk has already named four early recipients across digital supply chain, agritech, stablecoins, and gold-backed lending.
