Calgary’s Energy Transition Centre Foundation is raising more than $10 million to expand its workspace and programming in downtown Calgary. The project will add 17,000 square feet and support low-emission energy startups, ecosystem partners, and investors. Public and private backers, including PrairiesCan, OCIF, Alberta Innovates, CIBC, Avatar Innovations, and the Pathways Alliance, are funding the expansion. The centre expects the project to train up to 60 people, support 30 local companies, and incubate 10 new companies over four years.
