13 startups join JFDI’s first accelerator programme for 2014

▤ Summary

JFDI selected 13 startups for the first batch of its 2014 accelerator program from more than 353 applicants. The program gives each team S$25,000 in cash investment plus mentoring and support services valued at S$150,000. The startups span areas such as telephony, e-learning, security automation, collaboration, and back-office software. JFDI and Infocomm Investments also position the program as part of a broader push to strengthen Singapore’s startup ecosystem. The cohort will present to early-stage investors at a demo day in July.
