The company will use the capital to expand into Canada, the United Kingdom, and other European markets. Kredete builds credit-building and cross-border payment infrastructure for African immigrants and businesses, using stablecoin transfers and API-based payout rails. It also plans to launch new products including rent reporting, savings plans, goal-based loans, a stablecoin-backed credit card, and interest-bearing USD and EUR accounts. The company says it has already reached more than 700,000 monthly users and facilitated $500 million in remittances.
