WULF Gains Another 10%
Summary
Fluidstack exercised its option to expand at TeraWulf’s Lake Mariner data center campus in Western New York. The expansion adds a new CB-5 building with 160 MW of additional critical IT load and is scheduled to begin operations in the second half of 2026. Google is increasing its backstop for the project’s debt financing by $1.4 billion and will receive warrants for 32.5 million WULF shares. The deal deepens the strategic relationship among TeraWulf, Fluidstack, and Google as they scale AI infrastructure capacity.
