Fortifi to Acquire Provisur Technologies

Fortifi Food Processing Solutions has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Provisur Technologies. The deal expands Fortifi’s automation, robotics, software, and aftermarket capabilities across downstream protein processing. Fortifi says the acquisition will help it deliver more integrated end-to-end solutions and improve customer uptime and service. The transaction still needs regulatory approval and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
