Arcadea, Through Its Entity Vellox Group, Acquires ADSoftware in Bold Move to Disrupt Aviation Software Landscape

Vellox Group, through its parent Arcadea entity Vellox Group, acquired ADSoftware, a French aviation maintenance and airworthiness software provider. The deal expands Vellox from flight operations into the maintenance domain and creates a more unified platform for aviation operators. ADSoftware’s AIRPACK ERP will be rebranded and folded into Vellox’s platform strategy. The acquisition also gives Vellox access to ADSoftware’s customers, employees, and maintenance software capabilities across aviation, defense, and industrial use cases.
