CoverManager and Zenchef have agreed to join forces to create a leading European restaurant revenue management platform. The combined company will serve more than 36,000 restaurants across 20+ countries and will focus on reservations, customer relationships, loyalty, payments, and revenue optimization. The new group will remain independent under both brands, with a newly formed holding company overseeing the business and Thomas Jeanjean becoming CEO. PSG Equity will stay the majority shareholder, and the transaction is expected to close in Q3 2025.
