Murata introduces automotive compliant chip | Electronic Specifier
Summary
Murata launched the BLM15VM series of automotive-compliant chip ferrite beads for high-frequency noise suppression in 5G-V2X applications. The new components target connected-car systems that support ADAS, autonomous driving, and stable DSRC-based control communications. Murata says the product delivers broad-band high-impedance performance at 5.9GHz and can simplify noise suppression across multiple frequency bands with one part. Mass production is scheduled to begin in July 2025, and the series also supports Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 use cases.
