Vivos Therapeutics Completes Acquisition of The Sleep Center of Nevada

Vivos Therapeutics completed its acquisition of The Sleep Center of Nevada, the largest sleep center operator in Nevada. The deal gives Vivos direct access to diagnostic, consulting, and treatment revenue from thousands of sleep patients in the Las Vegas area. Vivos also completed a business model shift toward acquiring and partnering with sleep medicine practices, and it plans to add more locations over the next 12 to 18 months. To fund the transaction, Vivos secured more than $11 million in gross financing through senior debt and an equity private placement. The acquisition and integration effort creates a larger platform for Vivos to expand its OSA treatment business and pursue additional transactions.
