Software firm to triple workforce following investment

Cwmbran-based software company Hudman plans to triple its workforce over the next two years after securing backing from the Wales Technology Seed Fund. The company provides cloud-based business management and accountancy software to the manufacturing, engineering and construction industries. A further £10,000 was also invested in the company by directors Paul Driscoll, David James and Ben Stephens. Paul Driscoll, commercial director, who founded the company in 2005, said: "This significant investment from Finance Wales has allowed us to bolster our team and means we can strategically plot our growth over the next two years, as well as adding a further 18 employees by 2019. Hudman Solutions is based at the Springboard Business Innovation Centre in Cwmbran, a joint venture between Torfaen County Borough Council and Welsh Government.
