Germany's B2X raises $15m, makes acquisition in India

Munich, Germany-headquartered B2X Care Solutions, which specialises in customer care solutions for smartphones, has secured $15 million in Series B funding in a round led by Earlybird VC. A crucial part of the deal is that TSS is currently one of the Apple Authorized Service Providers and Resellers in India. B2X India (as TSS will be rebranded) will be headquartered in Mumbai with a subsidiary office in Dubai. B2X essentially enables consumer electronics and mobile device OEMs and carriers to significantly improve front-end customer service and reduce after-sales and warranty costs through a cloud-based platform. The company is not disclosing total revenues but they are self-reportedly “well into triple-digit $ millions and growing at 100% per year”.
