Arc electrifies marine industry with Siemens Xcelerator

Arc announced that it is using Siemens Xcelerator to design and manufacture its all-electric boats. The company relies on NX, Simcenter, and Teamcenter to speed up design iteration, simulate performance, and manage product and production data. Arc is expanding beyond recreational wake boats into commercial marine uses and is building charging infrastructure in the Los Angeles area. It is also opening an R&D facility and collaborating with Diversified Marine to retrofit a tugboat for zero-emission operations.
