Curasight receives DKK 47 million in new share issue – subscribed to approximately 47 percent

He continues: "We can now focus on important clinical milestones for the company in the coming months, including the completion of our Phase II study with uTRACE in prostate cancer, with topline results expected in the second half of 2025. Ulrich Krasilnikoff and Andreas Kj\xe6r will see their shareholdings reduced to 12.0 and 16.3 percent, respectively.In connection with the rights issue, external investors have provided guarantee commitments corresponding to approximately DKK 19.3 million.
