BTI Systems Raises $23M in Equity Funding

BTI Systems, an Ottawa, Canada-based network infrastructure company, has raised $23m in growth equity funding. Led by President and CEO Steve Waszak, BTI Systems provides Mobile Backhaul, Ethernet Business Services, Internet & Cloud Services, Packet Optical Networking and Data Center Interconnect applications to service and content providers across the globe. The company, which has more than 350 customers, recently opened a new U.S. Headquarters in Littleton, Mass., just outside of Boston. BTI also operates regional sales, marketing, and R&D centers of excellence throughout the world.
