The acquired firm will continue to operate independently in the market with its team and locations in Burbach and Marburg, Etops said. Last year, Pollen Street Capital acquired Etops, providing it with added firepower to expand. Etops serves more than 550 clients such as banks, wealth and asset managers, independent advisors, and insurance firms in Germany, Switzerland, and other continental European markets. Etops also recently inked a partnership with Polixis, a RegTech and advisory firm which offers a blend of human expertise with machine intelligence and big data.
