MindSpire Raises £850k in Pre-Seed Funding

The round was led by SFC Capital, with participation from SyndicateRoom. Led by CEO and Founder Jane Ollis, MindSpire provides a new form of neurotechnology called neural toning, which uses targeted vagus nerve stimulation to optimise the nervous system for enhanced clarity, calm, and brain performance. Its SONA wearable device, which delivers precision-coded electrical pulses to the vagus nerve, activating brain circuits for calm, focus and enhanced learning, works alongside an adaptive software platform, NeuroSphere, using biometric data, AI, and sound to deliver real-time, personalised stimulation. The company intends to use the funds to support the launch SONA. The company conducted pre-clinical studies for the treatment of stress, tinnitus, and Parkinson’s disease, with an additional study into chronic pain currently underway.
