"We are extremely pleased with these exceptional loan terms, thanks to our invaluable partnership with Southern States Bank and the expertise of Summerhill CRE, said Jeff Warwick, CEO at CCI. This project presents a rare opportunity to bring vibrant, top-of-the-line residential offerings to students in a prime area of campus, with curated retail and updated ministry spaces complementing the housing component. We are proud to contribute to Georgia Techs campus in a meaningful and lasting way and look forward to announcing more milestones for this project ahead of its 2027 opening.Located at 740 Techwood Drive, the 64,000-square-foot building will sit on a half-acre site and span five floors, with 12,000 square feet of retail and student gathering space at the ground level. These projects include the redevelopment of irreplaceable on-campus sites into multi-story developments to provide residential units, support retail and dynamic gathering spaces for students, faculty and visitors. For more information on CCI Real Estate, click here.
