In the past year, weve nearly doubled the number of communities offering unit-level virtual tours through Peek, bringing unmatched convenience and transparency to renters across the country. Renters now tour over 1 million units on the Peek platform each month. We launched industry-first AI assistance features to virtual and self-guided tours and also reached profitability. To fuel the next phase of our growth, were thrilled to announce our Series A funding, led by Moneta Ventures with participation from Timber Grove Ventures and other existing investors. Their support will accelerate our efforts to bring Peeks platform to even more property owners, managers and renters nationwide.
