ProSky gets a $2.3 million seed for its hiring tech
Summary
Dozens of people apply for one position, and resumes do not necessarily reflect the applicants’ skill sets. ProSky announced today that it raised a $2.3 million seed round led by Lightbank to further develop its product and invest in marketing. During those company projects, the applicants take on a role to demonstrate if they are ready for the offered position. ProSky said that those applicants are in constant communication with the project manager, who is in charge of recruiting, through chat. ProSky’s CEO Crystal Huang said that 76 percent of jobs seekers get hired upon completion.
