Beyond Frames Secures SEK 25 Million Financing from Aros Kapital to Support Ongoing Operations

The purpose of the SEK 20 million revolving credit facility is to provide liquidity flexibility during the production period of the TMNT project, as a significant portion of the contracted development funding is scheduled for payment near the end of the development cycle in 2026.The revolving credit facility matures on April 30, 2026, and bears interest at a floating rate, currently totaling 9.982% p.a. Both facilities are secured by a company mortgage of SEK 25 million.This financing arrangement allows us to manage project cash flow more effectively while maintaining our development momentum.
