The new version is packed with goodies as the new streamlined BusinessObjects focuses on Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports and its powerful underlying semantic layer and feature-rich administration platform. I wrote about some of the key features in my blog BI 2025 – Lots to Look Forward To a couple of months ago . While there are 3 full days of keynotes with 45 break out sessions, the most valuable part of IBIS is being surrounded by and interacting with like-minded people. The American journalist and author, Po Bronson, is quoted as saying, “There’s a powerful transformative effect when you surround yourself with like-minded people. It’s amazing to meet these people in real life!” IBIS is not a typical conference, it is smaller and more intimate and promotes interaction in the sessions, breaks and meals.
