Developer Gets Financing For 85-Unit Multifamily, Groundbreaking April

In The Roads, a Class A multifamily building is about to begin construction, with a construction loan now secured.Empira Group said it secured $32 million in construction financing for the eight-story development, known as ENSO.Groundbreaking For ENSO is now planned for April, with delivery in 2027.Enso will include 85 units, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Ten of the units will be premium apartments, with private terraces spanning 700 to 1,000 square feet.Amenities will include a fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking century-old banyan trees, along with a yoga room. There will also be a rooftop terrace with a resort-style pool.The ground-floor of the building will have retail space.The lender is ABANCA USA, part of Grupo ABANCA, an international financial conglomerate headquartered in Spain.ENSOs development team is led by Swiss headquartered Empira Group, with Jaxi Builders as general contractor. The project was designed by Revuelta Architecture and interior design by OTJ Architects.
