Neocase nets new $10M for customer service software

Neocase Software, a developer of programs that facilitate customer service operations, brought in $10 million in fourth-round funding from Caisse des Depots et Consignations (which already has a 48 percent stake in the firm) and Iris Capital. The new money will be used to finalize applications tailored to the retail, healthcare and software sectors, slated for release in 2009, reports VentureWire. The San Francisco-based company also offers internal services for human resources, financial resolution and facilities management operations. Today, it announced that major healthcare consultancy FOX Systems has also signed on. Neocase last raised funds in 2006 when it brought in $6.5 million from the same investors who provided the recent round.
