Iconixx, an Austin, Texas-based provider of compensation management software, raised $10m in funding.The round was co-led by Harbert Venture Partners and S3 Ventures with participation from existing investor Ballast Point Ventures.The company intends to use the funds to expand its product line and hire a substantial number of additional employees.Led by founder and CEO Derrik Deyhimi, Iconixx provides compensation management software featuring sales performance management (SPM), incentive compensation management (ICM), quota and territory management, performance bonuses and salary planning.The company, which had raised a $4.5m capital investment from Ballast Point Ventures and KBH Ventures in 2014, is now preparing to release two new offerings.
