Vrai Raises €5M in Funding

The round was led by Beringea with participation from Enterprise Ireland, Northstar Ventures and a number of Irish family offices. The company intends to use the funds to drive its expansion in the US with new technologies in aerospace, defence and security. Led by CEO Pat O’Connor, Vrai aims to improve human performance through training to help save lives. its HEAT integrates with simulators of all kinds to provide an analytics layer that delivers actionable insights into human performance. The company works with customers in defence and security such as the Irish Defence Forces, The Royal Air Force and BAE Systems, in civil aviation such as IAG in Heathrow Airport, and energy generation such as Orsted and Vestas, as well as large companies such as Amazon Web Services, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Samsung Electronics.
