SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sera Prognostics, Inc., The Pregnancy Company\xae ("Sera" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: SERA), which focuses on improving maternal and neonatal health by providing innovative pregnancy biomarker information to doctors and patients, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 1,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, and, in lieu of Class A common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase 11,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $3.9999 per pre-funded warrant, which equals the public offering price per share of the Class A common stock less the $0.0001 per share exercise price of each pre-funded warrant, in each case before underwriting discounts and commissions.
