ICT Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Modality Software Solutions, a company specialising in IT systems for intermodal container logistics. Modality, based in Barendrecht in the Netherlands, provides software for transport management (TMS) and container terminal operations (TOS), including integrated interfaces with key players in the intermodal chain, such as sea terminals, shipping companies, customs, and Portbase.
