NEWARK, Calif. -- iLux Corp., a provider of e-marketing solutions for e-commerce Web sites, agreed to form a strategic alliance with Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Ltd. (Hong Kong: 1049 to jointly develop the Asian market for its e-marketing software. iLux Suite 2000, gives Web sites the power to capture information on all of their visitors behavior and then utilize that data for comprehensive, company-wide marketing campaigns that can include both online and offline components. CINCINNATI-- Spotlight Solutions, developer of analytic application software that optimizes decision making processes for retail, and e-commerce companies and their suppliers, secured $2.25 million in first round venture capital financing. Blue Chip Venture Co. led the financing effort that included Essentus International (formerly Richter Systems), an enterprise supply chain software vendor for softgoods retailers and manufacturers. ShareMax.com also announced its merger with Analytics Inc., a strategic procurement analysis company and its agreement to acquire The Center For Purchasing Excellence, a network of members of academia and experienced international supply chain professionals.
