Software corrects credit errors

A Kaukauna start-up that aims to help consumers correct errors in their credit reports said Thursday it will preview its product for the first time next week at the Web 2.0 Expo in New York City. Several banks are testing the product, said Andy Reuland, the companys chief executive and founder. Credit Coach will make money by charging financial institutions a fee each month based on usage. Dalton, founder and former top executive at Fiserv Inc., became Credit Coachs chairman and lead director upon completion of the financing round. Geoff Bastow, an entrepreneur who has been involved in a range of start-ups including Thin Air Software and Mortgagebot, joined the company shortly after as chief technology officer.
