Summary
Two-year old Blue Pumpkin Software has picked up $3 million in venture capital from Brentwood Venture Capital. Brentwood was apparently intrigued by the 150 corporate customers Pumpkins booked for its Prime Time call center workforce forecasting and scheduling software since it was released in May 1997. The Mountain View, California companys customer list includes blue chips like Airborne Express, AT&T;, EDS and PeopleSoft. Its going to use the cash to expand sales, marketing and development.
