Dallas-based software startup raises $3.6 million and announces former Cisco executive as CEO

The investment is a series of angel- and venture-backed financing in North Texas startups in recent months.Connectloud also announced its board of advisors. They include Ken Morse, serial entrepreneur and founding managing director of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center; Stanford University professor and entrepreneur Ryan Orr, and Kamil Sarac, associate professor of computer science at the University of Texas at Dallas.
